Poor screen image quality on new iPad

The image quality looks poor on the new iPad. I found viewing Al-Arabiya news on the Samsung Note and HTC One X to be of much better screen quality compared to viewing Al-Arabiya on the new iPad. Needs to be fixed or updates some how so that image quality looks better. There also seems to be a delay while watching. LBC Europe keeps repeating the same news.. Whats up with that? Where is MBC from Lebanon?

Just tried this application on my new iPhone 6. Nothing works or opens pretty much!
